We spend so much of our time looking after and servicing others – family, projects, emails – which can be beautiful but sometimes (quite often) we forget to take care of ourselves.
We can not pour from an empty cup. We can not create, imagine, plan, embrace, communicate, change or move freely from a place of empty or from the feeling of a hamster-wheel.

Gorgeously nourishing and balmy movement to restore and revitalise your body
Soothing breath work to reset your nervous system and help reduce stress
Stillness practices to help focus and calm the mind
Self-care and enquiry through reflective exploration in discussion and writing to give you space to tap into your true sense of you
As well as an offering of plenty of warming herbal tea and organic dark chocolate, dates and nuts as a little vegan cake.
