Lands Yoga was created to offer yoga classes, workshops and yoga holidays to help you reconnect with you. We pick beautiful locations and facilitate welcoming spaces in which you can move freely, be still, explore ways to nourish, restore, strengthen, relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your body, breath and mind.

The aim is always clear: we hope that you leave each class feeling great, like you have arrived back home to yourself. And we start with the simple idea that your body is your homeland. It can be a safe landing place, from which you can be everything you need:  grounded and free, expansive and centred.

Yet, in daily life, we spend so much time in our heads, ignoring the rest of our body or constantly demanding from it, meanwhile being busy exploring other things: projects, countries, journeys, and experiences - both off and on-line.

But really the land of the body is the most important place we can get to know and the greatest journey we can take. So join us on the mat and start exploring.

From Open Level Yoga to Pregnancy Yoga, classes are usually suitable for all levels of experience and if you have any specific requirements then just let us know and we will do our best to support your yoga journey. With a choice of weekday and weekend sessions, privates and workshops, there’s sure to be something to suit your needs and schedule.
